By creating an account or using Easy Scrum Board ("the Service"), provided by Webplus7 FZE LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The Service is licensed per customer under one of the following editions:
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the software, except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access the data of other customers, interfering with the operation of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your project data belongs to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data before your access ends. Perpetual license holders retain their license rights subject to continued compliance with these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
